List the signed-in applicant’s own applications

Operation: listMyApplications
Authentication: applicantSession

For the account area rather than the partner API. Authenticated by the applicant’s browser session, so it can only ever return that applicant’s applications and no API key can call it. Cursor-paginated: `next_cursor` is `null` on the last page.

401No key, an unknown key, a revoked key, or a key whose tenant is not active. All four return an identical body on purpose: distinguishing them would let a caller discover which partners we have.
