Operation: logout
Authentication: None — public

Revokes the session server-side rather than only clearing the cookie, so a copied cookie stops working. Idempotent.

204Signed out. Also returned when not signed in, because it is idempotent.

429Rate limit exceeded. Retry after `retry-after` seconds.
