API reference / Admin

get/v1/admin/customers/{id}

One applicant account, with the applications it owns

Operation
adminGetCustomer
Authentication
API key

Identified by applicant-account id, or by the id of one of their applications — an operator on the phone usually has the application reference, not the account. When the two disagree the account wins and its applications are returned instead.

Email, phone and name fall back to the application’s answers when no account is linked, so a partner-filed application still shows who it is about. `account_status` and the timestamps are null in that case rather than invented.

Responses

200The customer and their applications.
customerobjectrequired
applicationsobject[]required
400The request body or query failed validation.
errorobjectrequired
401No key, an unknown key, a revoked key, or a key whose tenant is not active. All four return an identical body on purpose: distinguishing them would let a caller discover which partners we have.
errorobjectrequired
403`projects:write` is required. No partner key is ever issued this scope.
errorobjectrequired
404Not found, or not yours. A resource belonging to another tenant answers 404 rather than 403, because 403 would confirm the record exists.
