Creates or updates the Stripe products and prices behind every sellable item. Which Stripe account it writes to is decided by the key’s own prefix, so a test key can never touch live prices. **503 when `STRIPE_SECRET_KEY` is not configured**, rather than syncing nothing and reporting success.

errorobjectrequired401No key, an unknown key, a revoked key, or a key whose tenant is not active. All four return an identical body on purpose: distinguishing them would let a caller discover which partners we have.
